I have an almost life long history of candida overgrowth in my body, with the result that my energy levels have always seemed to be below those of everyone else, a cause of a lot of frustration with me. I have been on BB for a few months now, and the first thing I noticed was that my digestion improved, and it still is very good.
Slowly my energy levels are to picking up. It isn’t yet where I would like it to be, and I accept that it probably takes a while to get to ‘normal’ levels, as this is a problem that has affected me for so long.
This winter I haven’t had one cold, where normally it will get me at least once.
I love the juice and my body will not let me forget to take it. What I also love about this product is that I have let go of a lot of the supplements I was taking, which is gentler on the wallet and it’s so much easier to take as well!
