HOW BODY BALANCE WORKS AT A CELLULAR LEVEL
by Christa Way, Medical Herbalist and Nutritionist
The combination of sea vegetables and aloe vera in Body Balance works in the body on many levels. The minerals in the sea vegetables cause a reduction of surface tension in our cell walls, allowing access right into the cell. Going Raw is all the rage these days. And sometimes it just doesn’t suit my palate. But nuts are an exception. I do love roasted nuts, but I also realise roasted nuts contain rancid oils and rancid oils help muck up our hormones and our immune system. Over time, that usually ends up in one of many degenerative diseases, none of which I aspire to have in my sunset years.
So most of the nuts I eat are raw.
