Hi Everyone,
I hardly believe it’s mid-June already and we are half way through the year!
Welcome to all of you who are new to my newsletter. I really appreciate that you care about your health and that somehow you were led to my site!
“He who kisses the joy as it flies
lives in eternity’s sunrise.”
So vital to ‘kiss the joy as it flies’ and enjoy the offering that each day on our precious planet delivers!
As always, I write about an aspect of Body Balance that you may not be aware of. It’s so important today to be proactive about our health and do something simple on a daily basis that allows us to feel vital and alive. So many health issues can be alleviated with the correct blend of bioavailable trace minerals A large component of what makes up our proprietary blend, Body Balance, is Aloe Vera.
Aloe Vera contains over 200 biologically active, naturally occurring constituents, which include polysaccharides, vitamins, enzymes, amino acids and minerals.
Aloe Vera was known to the Egyptians as the plant of immortality for its wide array of healing properties. Though Aloe is known for its topical use, it is actually even more beneficial to your body when taken internally.
Aloe Vera has loads of minerals including calcium, magnesium, zinc, chromium, selenium, sodium, iron, potassium and manganese. These minerals work together to boost metabolic pathways.
Aloe Vera contains important enzymes like amylase and lipase which can aid in digestion by breaking down fat and sugar molecules. One molecule in particular, Bradykinase helps to reduce inflammation.
One study has shown that Aloe Vera actually contains vitamin B 12, as I mentioned in one of my previous newsletters. This is important for many reasons. Firstly, B12 is required for the production of red blood cells. Another reason is that vegetarians often don’t get enough B12 in their diet, so by adding a liquid whole food such as Body Balance, the nutritional gaps missing in the diet such as having adequate amounts of B12 are filled. Other studies have shown that taking Aloe can make vitamin B12 more bioavailable, meaning the body can more easily absorb and utilise it, therefore helping to prevent deficiency.
Aside from being an excellent body cleanser, removing toxic matter from the stomach, kidneys, spleen, bladder, liver and colon, Aloe also offers effective relief from ailments such as indigestion, stomach upset, ulcers and gut inflammation. It also strengthens the digestive tract and alleviates joint inflammation, making it a great option for arthritis sufferers to include in their daily nutritional regime.
Aloe also acts as a carrier, drawing nutrients from the food you eat, from the 9 seaweeds in Body Balance directly into our cells.
I have personally used Body Balance topically on sunburn, cuts, even directly onto my face as face mist! I know some men who use it after shaving to soothe their skin. I have used it on blisters, itchy skin and even cold sores!
I had a lady call me briefly the other day who has been using Body Balance for a while. She called me to thank me and to let me know how much her gut issues have eased since she has been on the juice!
So, in service to you I write this as an invitation for you to give your body what it needs. I call it the simple ‘One drink and you’re done method’.
‘An idea not coupled with action will never get any bigger than the brain cell it occupied’
Enjoy the rest of June and I’ll be in touch next month!
In Gratitude,
